Though this year's event is cancelled, Harvest of Hope remains essential to the organization, funding programs and resources for our families throughout the end of the year and into the holiday season. Thank you to  longtime supporters, Clifford and Dixie Henderson for a matching gift challenge for Harvest of Hope, dollar for dollar up to $25,000! Our online fundraiser raised almost $25,000!

Ride For A Child

RFAC_HC_2020_Social_Gaol_met.pngRide For A Child began as one man's mission to raise awareness and support for families battling childhood cancer in Oregon. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and with the cancellation of Cycle Oregon, Ride For A Child hit a bump in the road. We quickly moved to a pledge-based website, where riders were able to set their own path and pace. After 11 weeks of riding, raising awarness, tracking miles, and fundraising. our team met our fundraising goal of $150,000!

Thank you to our Honored Children, whose stories inspire our team each and every mile, to our riders for their commitment and perserverence through a tough year, donors and supporters, and sponsors. Teamwork made it all possible!

We cancelled our Cancer Warrior Breakfast due to COVID-19, but are thrilled to announce that through our online campaign, we raised more than $70,000 in lieu of the in-person Cancer Warrior Breakfast.  This could not have been done without support from key community members including our board members and donors, as well as matching gifts from The Schuler Family Foundation and Jeanne Beacham.  Thank you to our sponsors: MediaWorksFirst Republic BankGenentechInRoads Credit UnionJoshua Callahan, Attorney and Pacific West Bank. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you! Because of you, we can continue to provide services and programs to the families impacted by childhood cancer.

Golf to Give 2020

Golfers were treated to a beautiful day, perfect temperatures, a fantastic golf course and hundreds of other golfers coming together to raise over $45,000 for Candlelighters. Thank you to the organizers of Golf to Give, who worked extra hard this year to put together a fun and safe event. With a sold out course, 800 balls sold for the helicopter ball drop, and lots of great auction items, they exceeded expectations all around.
Golf to Give has raised over $100,000 for children and their families battling pediatric cancer since 2017. Sign up for our Newsletter, and follow us on social media to be the first to know when the date for Golf to Give 2021 is set.
